Dispute and dispute resolution

Anyone who is, or has been, involved in construction projects has experience of controversy and conflict. The projects are often large, it is about a lot of money and time is a critical factor. Most often, there will be many actors in a project, and everyone has their goals and challenges. The fact that conflicts arise is therefore not so strange.

At the same time, conflicts are resource-intensive. They take time, they cost money and you often have no control over the outcome.

However, many of you who work in construction do not have experience with the courts, how legal proceedings are conducted and the uncertainties that can arise.

We have therefore written about these types of issues so that you can better understand what a lawsuit entails.

For the same reason, we have also written about alternative ways of resolving conflicts, such as extrajudicial mediation.
